Lottomatica Group is a leader in the gaming and services market and is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. De Agostini S.p.A. controls Lottomatica with an absolute majority share. Since 1993, Lottomatica has been the sole concessionaire for Italian Lotto and since 2004 for Instant and Traditional Lotteries (Scratch & Win).
The Company has built an extensive real-time, on-line distribution network, with approximately 150,000 terminals in 80,000 points of sale throughout Italy, offering also services for commercial operators and payment services. In addition to Lotto, Lottomatica has expanded its portfolio of lottery games with Sports Pools and Other Pari-Mutuel Betting and Gaming Machines.
